For those coming by car, you may follow the red lines; The WICC and WIR hotels are marked in green. If you come by train, you may take bus #82 and 83 from Ede/Wageningen station to get off at the central bus station in Wageningen. Then it will take about 10 minutes to walk to the Educational Building. You may also take a traintaxi (costs 3.8 EURO), which will take you directly to Dreijenplein 4. |

Registrations:
Anybody who is interested in the program can attend the Forum. However, there is a limitation of 100 participants. We will follow the rule of "first come, first serve". The registration deadline is Oct. 1, 2003. The deadline may close earlier if we reached the maximum number before the deadline. So, do your registration as soon as possible.
| Registration fee for attending the Forum: 5 EURO for students and visiting scientists; 10 EURO for Dutch full-time employee to cover the costs of lunch and information package. The money will be paid at the reception desk on the Forum day. | |

following information to Sanwen Huang: - Name - Title - Address - Telephone number; email address - Abstract (Maximum 1 A4) - indicate if you would like to give an oral presentation (because of the time limit, we could not offer the opportunity to every person who wants to give a presentation). - Indicate if you would like to bring a poster. Poster boards will be available for those who want to display their posters. - Indicate if you want to join the dinner. |
Subsidized dinner:
A subsidized Chinese buffet dinner will be served at Asia Plaza (see map). Each registered participants will pay 10 EURO for the dinner (with one drink included). Dinner tickets will be purchased at the reception desk during registration.
